We only collect what we need to respond to you and to run the site:

• Enquiry details — when you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, the service you're interested in and your message, so we can reply and quote for your project.
• Usage data — if you allow analytics cookies, we collect anonymised information about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to improve it.
• Cookie preferences — your consent choice is stored on your device so we don't ask again on every visit.

We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, financial details, passwords or sensitive personal data through this website.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes — on the basis of taking steps at your request.
• To measure and improve the website — on the basis of your consent (analytics cookies), which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the site secure and working — on the basis of our legitimate interest.
